# Audit Events Report

You can build an audit events report for activity which has happened to learners within your Affinity system.

The "User Notifications" report will pull data related to notifications which have been sent to users. These include:

* Trainings Assigned
* Nudges sent
* Trainings Unassigned
* Campaigns Assigned
* Campaigns Unassigned

This type of report can be quite extensive and take a while to download. You should allow up to 15 minutes for the report to finish generating and process the download.
