Quick start tutorial for those organizations which have been invited by a bank sponsor or other party to use Affinity for mandatory training needs.

As a new admin for your organization, this guide will walk you through the steps needed to get started on Affinity's platform. You'll learn how to accept your invite, add learners, and assign them to the required trainings.
Receiving the Invite: You will receive an invitation to join Affinity from your bank sponsor. This invite allows you to manage your organization on the platform.
Registering Your Account:
Visit the Affinity Homepage: Go to the Affinity app homepage and click on the "Register" button.
Choose Your Login Method: You can either use an email and password combination or Google Single Sign-On (SSO).
Important: Ensure you use the same email address as the one linked to your invitation.
Email Verification: If you choose the email and password option, you'll need to verify your email. Check your inbox for the verification email and click the "Verify Your Account" button.
Success Screen: Once verified, you'll see a success screen. Click the "Get Started" button to proceed.
Completing Your Profile:
After logging in, finalize your user information by entering your name, department, and title.
You might have received emails about trainings assigned to you, which you can view in your Affinity portal.
Navigating to Learners Tab: Once your account is set up, you can add learners to the platform.
Adding Learners:
Manual Addition: Click "Add New Learners" and add learners one by one.
Bulk CSV Upload: Alternatively, you can add multiple learners at once using the bulk CSV upload feature.
CSV Formatting: If using CSV, download the sample file and ensure the headers and date formats match exactly as specified.
Accessing the Training Library:
Go to the "Training Library" tab to view the trainings provided to your organization.
You'll notice that some trainings are assigned by third parties, indicated by an info icon.
Bulk Assigning Trainings:
Select the trainings you want to assign to your learners.
Use the "Assign All Quick Action" button to bulk assign these trainings to your learners.
Review the assignment details and confirm the assignment.
Verification:
Navigate to the specific training assignment to verify that all learners have been correctly assigned.
You can also check your learner dashboard to see the trainings assigned to you.
Starting a Training: As a learner, you can begin taking any assigned training from your dashboard.
Help and Support: If you need assistance, click the help button in the training module for suggestions. Additionally, Affinity's documentation site offers solutions to common questions.
Tracking Progress: After completing a training, your progress will be updated on your learner dashboard.
Adding Additional Admins: You can add more administrators to your account. These admins will have the same abilities to add learners and assign trainings as you.
Customizing Notifications:
Adjust which emails are sent to your learners via the settings page.
Enable Slack Integration: For applicable organizations, connect your Slack account to send training updates via Slack in addition to email.
Nudge System:
Nudges are friendly reminders sent to learners to complete their trainings.
These can be delivered via email and Slack, and you can set the cadence for these nudges in the Rules tab.
Your organization comes with a default Nudge Schedule System.
