# Dashboard

The default landing page for your internal organization, is the Dashboard.

The dashboard aims to at a glance give you insight into how all of your trainings are performing. Where performing means:

* Overall completed %
* Departments that are struggling
* Roles that are struggling
* Number of learners and trainings in your account

Using the dashboard you will know quickly what specific learners, groups, or trainings to dive into with any potential issues.
