Create an Internal Organization

There are two methods for creating an internal organization:

  1. Self-service.

  2. White-glove onboarding.


You can create your own internal organization using our self-serve onboarding flow. Navigate to the Affinity app home page,, and click the "Register" button.

You will create your account either with a username and password combination or by using SSO via Google.

If you use a username and password combination, you will need to verify your email address in order to continue. Once you have verified the email address you are presented with an onboarding screen. On this screen you will:

  • Give your company a name

  • Choose a department which closest matches your own

  • Choose a title which closest matches your own

When ready, click the button to finish the setup. This will finalize your account in our FREE tier and you can try out the product.

Initially your organization will be limited to 1 Seat. You must add billing information and select a paid plan in order to start inviting users to this organization.

White-glove onboarding

We're happy to help work with you to onboard your organization onto Affinity. This will be especially useful if you have a large organization (more than 50 learners, and/or are rapidly growing).
