Notification Settings

Configure custom notification settings for your organization.

In your Settings area of the admin management portal for your organization you can find some toggle switches for different email notifications which would be sent to your learners.

When toggled to the right to green, this means the notifications are on.

Some admins prefer to keep these notifications off while they set up their courses. Generally we advise these to remain on so that learners will receive relevant communication and get to take advantage of our workflow features.

Slack Notifications

You can also enable and disable notifications related for Slack in addition to emails. You will find the settings for these below the email notification settings. They will only be shown if you have a Slack connection active.

Admin Notifications

Your admins can have additional notifications enabled on their accounts to stay up to date with platform usage. The following two settings are possible:

  • User Removed From Org ⇒ Receive an email each time a user is removed from your organization.

  • New Module Assigned ⇒ Receive an email each time a new module is assigned to anyone in your organization.

Click on the settings cog icon on the right to open the settings experience for admin notifications.
Toggle on or off the desired notification setting

Check the boxes to enable these email settings and uncheck to disable them.
