# Dashboard

The default landing page for your external organization, is the Dashboard.

The dashboard aims to at a glance give you insight into how all of your portfolio companies  are performing with the trainings you have assigned to them. Where performing means:

* Overall completed %
* Departments that are struggling
* Sectors that are struggling
* Companies which need to improve success metrics
* Number of learners and trainings in your account

Using the dashboard you will know quickly what specific portfolio copmanies, learners, groups, or trainings to dive into with any potential issues.
