# Uploading Supporting Documents

Navigate to a particular training instance and open up the [Advanced](/product-guides/campaigns/advanced.md)settings. There you will see the ability to begin adding Supporting Documents.

Click "Add Document" to begin adding a document.

Once a document is added, you can modify the name and visibility.

### Name

The name which will show up to the learners.

### Visibility

Toggle whether this document should be visible to the learners.

### Deleting

You can also delete any documents you do not want stored anymore.
