Rules & Schedules
You can configure an assortment of rules and schedules within the Affinity platform which allows you to automate much of your workflows.
Nudge Schedule
You can create a default Nudge Schedule for your organziation which will ensure that learners are reminded of trainings they need to complete.
Recurring Schedules
You can create a recurring schedule which allows you to automate your workflow of assigning trainings on yearly or other periodic basis. As well as useful workflow for assigning trainings to new hires.
Rules
We are phasing out the original Rules platform in favor of the more feature rich Recurring Schedules. If you have Rules currently they will continue to work.
