# Rules & Schedules

## Nudge Schedule

You can create a default Nudge Schedule for your organziation which will ensure that learners are reminded of trainings they need to complete.

## Recurring Schedules

You can create a recurring schedule which allows you to automate your workflow of assigning trainings on yearly or other periodic basis. As well as useful workflow for assigning trainings to new hires.

## Rules

We are phasing out the original Rules platform in favor of the more feature rich Recurring Schedules. If you have Rules currently they will continue to work.
