The model works well for people operations, especially onboarding.

First impressions are important, and Affinity can be used to make those more special and with greater learnings. Bring your own trainings that welcome new employees and teach them about your organization so that they are ready to be amazing contributors from the beginning.

In addition to required compliance or regulated trainings, send them welcome trainings that let them get to know the organization better. When you send a PDF or welcome email, it's hard to know who has actually absorbed the content or even opened it. With Affinity, you can know that your employees have progressed through the materials that will be beneficial to them and your people ops team has put a lot of work into.
