Program - Assign Learners

How to assign and manage learners for a campaign program.

On the program details page, you can go to the Learners subsection and click on the "+" icon to expand the learner management area. In this area you will be able to add and remove learners to the selected program.

To add a learner, select the "Available" tab and then choose the learners you would like to enroll and click the appropriate button to add them to the program.

To remove learners, select the "Enrolled" tab and then choose the learners you would like to remove from the program.

Removing a learner from a program will delete all of their progress if the campaign is already live.

A learner will be assigned all the trainings within any live campaign program.
