Learners can be tagged with subcategories.

In addition to Title and Department, your learners can be tagged with subcategories, such as Product, Engineering, Legal, etc.

Why Tagging?

Tagging is useful for logically grouping your learners for the purposes of future assignments, management, and also reporting.

Example: You might want to tag all of your operations learners, so that you could set up specific rules or programs for them related to operations compliance trainings. And you might want to tag all of your engineering and product learners to be able to assign them trainings easily around Information Security.
